Rugelach

Another great recipe from Dorie Greenspan’s book – Baking From My Home To Yours (page 150). I absolutely adore the size and shape of these little guys. They are made from rolling up little triangles of dough with the filling already inside. The dough itself has a crunch to it, and yet is also soft due to the mixture of cream cheese and butter. These beautiful treats are filled with raspberry jam (which I got from Gratton & Oldbridge and I have to say is the most amazing raspberry jam I have ever tasted), dark chocolate, pecan nuts, sultanas and cinammon.
